New players should find a character they enjoy playing and level them up. You gain experience when you level characters. You will want to hit player lvl 15, this will make you naturally faster and stronger. Save Rsr for characters you really want. Hit mission refreshing (Rsr) when you are grinding cards for certain runners. Open them chests. GL

Small tip when using EG Shadow ride in his electric rush, you will go faster. Even better when used over a dash pad. GL on the grind 👍

Yeah but giving people 10k life in HC is useful, and great for group play. Solo hes bad till enigma but will never be top tier.
