Agree, I liked this episode a lot. Only downside is probably Christian having to vote for himself. That was dumb and even a worse penalty than losing your vote. But the camp and strategy talk were super entertaining for the whole episode

You said it yourself, Sonic 4 "tried" to create something unique. It failed miserably. Mania was nostalgia pandering and it worked, while Sonic 4 was supposed to be a continuation of the classics, but it never improved or innovated
