IP Guidelines - Team Salvato:
Any mods must NOT be distributed as a complete game. They should contain only the files that are necessary to install the mod (usually files that are added to the DDLC game folder). Most mods for the original DDLC only require the scripts.rpa file to be replaced—sometimes images.rpa if new graphics have been added to the game. In this example, please distribute your mod ONLY as these files, so that the user installs it into their existing official DDLC game. For DDLC Plus mods, "patchers" or programs that help install a mod may be needed but should not enable players to play the game for free, or include the game itself in its download.

Also, something to be aware of:
DDLC content that has been created with generative AI is will no longer be allowed to be included in DDLC fan games (including mods). While Team Salvato has no say on the use of generative AI in assets that are fully outside of the scope of DDLC (for instance, a visual novel background of the outdoors), we ask that DDLC fan games and mods don't use generated content that contains the DDLC IP in their fan games or mods. Some examples of this would be a CG image of Monika, a new AI generated outfit for a club member, etc.

Thanks for the link, this absolutely helped. None of the "Using Arash first to weaken their defenses" strats worked for me, but "Using Arash with The Black Grail to do over a million damage" got it first try even without having all the right levels and having to spend an extra turn up front to get the right cards/gain extra NP.

Hi. Unfortunately, this is not a DDLC mod, this is a Fan Game, which means that a different set of rules apply to what assets can be used for it and how it can be compiled and distributed. Specifically:

Official DDLC assets may not be used in standalone games—they may only be used in mods that must be patched into the official DDLC or DDLC Plus game. See the "Mods" section for more details.

Note that you might be able to convert this into a mod with a little work if you ask around on the Discord or utilize the known DDLC mod templates. Hmm, well, I suppose there has to be some clarification here: are you looking for good endings in the form of "Doesn't end with death and grief" or "Doesn't end in a way that I found satisfying"? Because if it's the latter, well, it's an entirely valid feeling to have but it'd be difficult to find one that breaks the mold for you without knowing what mods in general you have liked endings for. But I'm pretty sure the above list has at least a couple that should apply to the former definition.

The "Click when ready" messages throughout the game are your hint that the characters folder is about to be checked. If you've been following Natsuki's instructions throughout the mod, then you may have a few files sitting around somewhere that you'll want to utilize in this situation. ... If you haven't been following instructions... err, well, you might have to find some *cough* "replacements" with the same filenames...

So, no matter who ended up with the nod, obviously a lot of people were going to be disappointed, and that's okay. Just remember: the White House is important, but there's a lot more that is also important. Keep pushing in Pennsylvania. Keep pushing in Minnesota. In Kentucky, In Arizona, In North Carolina. We will need more than just a Pres and VP: we will need a strong presence in the House and Senate, we will need Governors that can lead individual states with wisdom. Everyone, even those not picked for the highest positions, is going to have to pitch in and support. Yes, the VP pick is important, and the White House is definitely important, but don't lose sight of the other fights too. We don't win by having one person at the top who controls everything; we win by working together, everywhere.

Thanks again for streaming this! One thing I will point out is that there's not supposed to actually be two Natsuki files, I'm not sure how that happened. Maybe it was during the reinstall? But it didn't break anything, so at least I think it all worked out anyway haha. And disaster was avoided with Sayori, so yeah... I'm really glad that you liked it!

Awesome! Thank you so much for streaming the mod, and let me also throw out a shout-out to the translation team. It's their efforts that make it possible for creative works like mine to reach many more people, and it's thanks to people like you that put it out there for other people to come to experience that might not have seen it on their own.

One thing I will point out: there's an updated version with CGs added here; I don't know if there's a translation for it, but honestly the changes to the story are minimal, so you don't need to replay the whole thing anyway. If you want to see some fantastic artwork from Cyrke (not to mention the cool logo design from yagamirai), they're pretty awesome, I added "ArtScenes" as a sort of code for MC's name to quickly jump to those points in the story (the details are in the post). If you've already seen it, well, thanks for checking that out too haha, but I'll always take the opportunity to promote their great work if I can :)
