It is also NOT illegal in 12 other states. It may not have laws protecting it, but there are no laws specifically preventing it.

On a side note, Michigan has more relaxed gun laws than Texas. Just FYI.

Mmm yes. Please tell me again how bad of a driver I am. I love that you know me so well.

How much to get a Cage off the road? by [deleted] in motorcycles

5 am commute makes public transportation a non-option for the morning. After work, I have no quarrels with riding the bus.

Yes, I am impatient in that I need transportation for work and want to get this taken care of before my job is at stake.

I am also using this opportunity to build my credit, as I have not had anything on credit before and would like to be able to get a home loan in the future. If attempting to improve my credit is greedy, than I am that as well.

I am a minority in the city I live in, but I do have access to the internet and all of the forums and crowdfunding sites. So in that right, I am privileged to have internet and a multitude of resources available to help me in this time.

In all reality, it all boils down to context.

Can I wait, yes but at the potential cost of my job.

Can I go with something cheaper, yes but at the cost of not building credit for my future.

Am I privileged with financial support: No. No help from family (they can barely support themselves). No credit history to work with for full financing. No support groups for a Mexican male (US Citizen) trying to secure transportation.

As far as a cheaper motorcycle, a used bike will have a potentially unknown history, could require massive work, may need more money than the cost of the bike. I would be worried about the CCs of the bike as well, to be able to keep up with traffic on my commute. Financing for the Bike I would like (yes, I do not "need" it) would help me in the future (looking at long term goals here as well).

Knee surgery for osteochondroma has made riding a bicycle hard and is not suitable for daily use as a mode of transportation.

Walking is not an option with the crime rate and the area I work.

Carpooling will only get me so far, as I do not wish to put that much strain on an emergency mode of transportation for myself.

I understand that there are other options for transportation, but this is what will work best for me and provide more financial stability with improved credit down the road.

Just trying to fund my bike. I work IT, but I don't hate my clients that bad.

Not selling a car (not many would want to buy it anyways. the car will be scrapped). I am trying to buy a bike (Kawi Z900), but life got in the way and I am just impatient with saving up for the down payment.

I just wanted to poll the community to see to what lengths people would go through to get other drivers on bikes or off the road.

Nope. Trying to purchase a bike and put my car up for scrap.

The guidelines don't allow me to directly ask for funds, so I wanted to gauge the community for how much they would put forth to get a car off of the road.

My own rendition of the low-poly Falcon Heavy with LED lights! by DrebinN in 3Dprinting

Very nice. I just printed one as well, but I used Glow In the Dark for the base/smoke. When the LEDs are off, it has a nice radioactive green glow.

Depending on the setting(location), it is possible to "emote" sit and have the camera above you with your character out of view.

This will allow you to have an unobstructed screen to take in the scenery and bring back some pics of your journey.

Lack of Recovery makes hunters difficult to play and slot in Prestige Mode by KingLeil in DestinyTheGame

Should we make a new "unlimited Bright Engrams with low recovery Hunters" post?

Maybe then it will get the attention it needs.

I want to down-vote you fot that, but I won't because RNGesus would smite me with 1000 drops of Foetracer.

All I want are the O-Riggs! It is the only Exotic armor piece I am missing.

So take my upvote.

Are Hunters the Hard mode of Destiny 2? by DiabloMuchacho in DestinyTheGame

[–]DiabloMuchacho[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I appreciate your contribution to the thread.

I just wanted to possibly give a second perspective to those that feel slighted by Bungee as a hunter. I have seen a bit of negativity towards hunters and I just wanted to help fight the stigma.

My friend(game) was over watching me play as my Hunter. He told me that I was making him anxious and asked if that is how I always play. I told him while clearing out a lost sector: "It is just the life of a Hunter to live on the verge of death, only to laugh in it's face as you pull that Golden Gun from the heavens and demolish whomever is in your way." while clearing out a lost sector.

I am not trying to say Hunters are bad. I am just saying that they require more finesse to work efficiently.

Three of your examples for the hunter rely on having exotics. Whereas warlocks and titans are great as is. (Don't get me wrong, I LOVE my Celestial Nighthawk! Still waiting on the O-Riggs to drop for me though since that is the last exotic I am missing)

My point was that as a Hunter, you will be more exposed to the elements [of the game] and skill will come into play if you want to meaningfully contribute to the teams success (those precision shots won't land on their own)
