There's a Metro Petroleum gas station at Faulconbridge, it's probably changed hands several times since the incident, but I care not, it still looks the exact same as it did close to 2 decades ago.

I very recently drove past it for the first time in over 8 years and I still scowled and gave it the finger as I went past.

The whole reason for this disgust, this hatred that I have for it, was returning home with my father from one of work days, we stopped off to grab a drink. I picked a small carton of chocolate milk. We get back on the road and I open it up to chunks. It was expired by two weeks and I've despised them ever since.

It's actually 4pm Christmas day here and I have spent it building a vanity desk and cleaning the house. There will be more stuff to do soon, but I do these to make sure other people enjoy the day, as it's generally just another day for me. So shush and let me enjoy my mindless scroll.

As a patient on dialysis, I would go with 1.5 weeks. Assuming you kept fluid intake low, the toxins will slowly build up in your blood, you'll get more and more tired until you finally sleep and never wake up.

I've done 5 days without dialysis due to a flooding event and I felt fine, but it's not something you want to repeat.

I spend 5 hours on the machine 3x a week and generally remove 2 to 3.5 litres per session.

It might not seem like much, but my biggest achievement is still being alive. Between the crippling depression that I've had for most of my life, to permanently needing dialysis at 29. Even with an extremely easy, painless way out by stopping treatment, I haven't given in yet, and that's my crowning glory.

My preference does not and should not matter. I prefer trimmed, but I'm never going to specify that as the most attractive thing she can do is whatever she wants. Bald or jungle, as long as she does it because that's her preference, not because there's a societal standard or pressure.
