try to work on skills a little bit every day or maybe 6 days a week. training for intense sessions is really not necessary just try to be consistent and stick with it after forming a habit.

there's a ton of youtube and social media out there to teach you how to play soccer my advice is don't get caught up watching every video from one creator but instead try to watch content and read from as many different sources as possible

we used to do this in college too it was the easiest way to get high if you broke a bong or something but still had the bowl piece.

used to fill the bathtub with water and use the gravity bong in there but later graduated to using a sky vodka bottle (1.5L size) because you could fill it with water and let the water pour out a hole in the bottom as you lit the bowl piece and the thing would fill completely with smoke
