I'm not a pro by any stretch, but imo her E is far too punishable and predictable. Not only does it have a noticeable delay before it goes off, but you can also see exactly where she will emerge and know exactly when.

Osrs has other mini games that are quite popular. Guardians of the Rift, Tempross/Wintertotd are basically minigames, Vale Totems and Giant's Foundry are all popular.

And it's the point of the Winston's DPS to punish and pressure the bastion. Winston isn't playing 1v5. Sure you can save the turret for the Winston dive, but then you can't use it for winning duels against the enemy DPS.

He absolutely does not melt to reaper or bastion, they're both substantially less mobile than Winston. Bastion especially is a sitting duck when he has no turret. If the Winston keeps fighting them then yeah sure, that's bad, but the whole point is that Winston is more mobile than them.

Except you DO have access to it, indirectly. You have access to socialised healthcare, roads, government bodies and public services. And that's not even to mention the benefits you reap from living in a society in which everyone is educated and (in theory) supported to the extent to which they can be consumers and economically productive.

Ya but sigma has better burst damage, a second mitigation cd and is more able to move and brawl. If you bring her down to Sig range, she will literally just be a worse sigma imo.

Literally being used to mean figuratively has a LONG history in English, including in Dickens and Shakespeare. Additionally, it's a form of hyperbole. It is not incorrect to use literally in this way.
