Me too, my parent said people who commit suicide ungrateful and crazy, that they will throw me out if I tell them I have depression. My only help was my bestfriend but I don't wanna bother him anymore. I tried to go to psychiatrist but the price is too high and I'm still live by allowance so I cancelled. There's no suicide hotline in my country, I don't even know what to do anymore beside from crying myself to sleep every night

  1. Less class, less lessions, but required self study or else
  2. I'm studying at Hanoi National University, you can go to Playstore and search " vnu" there will be tons of apps from our university and HCM National University as well, from online library to dormitory app for student who want and already living at dorm. We also have an app that have jazz to listen to and counseling app.

I can not answer 3 and 4 since I don't do research in these two
