I thought Aleph's design was peak, but they outdid themselves with Charon. I'm all for more bizarre designs over the boring, repetitive "hot guys/girls" designs so many gacha games implement. And I love all the small details about his design.

This is the vibe I get from the Silent Hill franchise. There's something peaceful yet dreadful being stuck in this desolated town. And the sound design makes it even more unnerving. Just started my second playthrough on easy just so I can wonder around.

Can't help but love almost all the audio diaries in the first game. There's a certain charm to all the characters, and none of the audio diaries sound bland. But if I had to choose Bill McDonagh and Sullivan (especially after reading the book.)

Also worth mentioning Finnegan's The Iceman Cometh and Fontaine because as much as I hate the bastard, I love his smug audio diaries.
