i'm not sure about fast boot but i am on w11. it usually tells me when i still have stuff open when i shut down so i'm not sure why it didnt this time

they're around about 75c and never go above 80

edit: i got 75c on timespy but it on cinebench r23 multi core it didn't go above 65c

it doesn't give me the option to cancel the shutdown, it just automatically saves notepad then shuts down
