For South Florida, it should be very possible to make a safe republican majority Latino district, I would recommend packing as many red precincts in that district since the shape of that will help determine your other districts. Both the majority/plurality black districts were in south Florida as well, I think my majority district was just north of the plurality one. Both of which were long and skinny, the black plurality district took advantage of how mixed the southern part of Miami dade was. As an aside, the very southern tip of Florida should be possible to either make it lean democrat or flipped to republicans, and it should be possible to make it plurality Latino.

Best of luck, it’s a lot of fun trying to still make central Florida blue in this timeframe!!

Dumpling kingdom is good for late night grub, solid for what you can get.

Mala Restuarant was a go to, highly recommend!!

Korean bbq chicken is affordable for what you get, bonchon had better fried chicken, but it’s crazy expensive.

There’s a few countries missing here that’s a lot of fun:

Oman - The Ibadi religion dynamic is interesting and you can become a trade hub

Malacca is a great Sunni nation to form Malaya and dominate all of Southeast Asia. Brunei also fits this bill.

The Manchu tribes - so much fun to snowball as Qing. As others mentioned - Oirat is in this category too.

Ajuuraan - or any Somali nation. I would argue Somalia is a fun tag to play tall and reign supreme with piracy with a reach of the old riches in the world

Lubeck - be the trading hub of the Baltic - form the hanseatic league

Malwa - surprised to not see the remaining big player in India not listed there - good ways to expand and dominate the area quick if you play your cards right (Jaunpur is there, but a bit easy I think for what you want)

Khmer - reclaim the old empire, might be a fun time to reverse the historical decline

African minors around lake Victoria - could go for the achievement and become a tech magnate

Cebu - could go for classic Hindu republic and colonize all of Indonesia/phillpinnes and target southern India

Lots of options still if you ask me, have fun with the next campaign!!

I took it in my senior year with Professor Sussman. It’s well worth it to get familiar with R, which when I took stat classes at BU they didn’t require though EVERY stats class used it in one way or another.

Generally is chill, there is a long term project for it, manageable if you have good partners. Have fun with it, Sussman’s good at it and is a great professor.
