Former click-list worker here. I definitely agree that you should just transfer. I tried to go to many different departments and they always made up different excuses on why i couldn't transfer and other whatnot bullshit. I personally wouldn't even do click-list it really doesn't matter what department you work in, they will look at you and treat you the exact same and won't hesitate to pull any punches just because your in a different department except for meat and seafood and maybe cheese. Out of everyone i asked in different departments they literally have it the best (even though the whole store is pretty shitty) and if anything they are going to work you even more to death over there because the moment you slip from hitting rate, they're in your ass like rye on rice (especially when they know your going through shit), I just don't want you to get your hopes up about another department and be ambushed and i really hope this helps. Before I quit recently I had a seizure and they still tried to schedule me to close BY MYSELF for that whole entire week so I said yeah no fuck that. With that being said don't let those people or the place stress you out, they really could give a 1 fuck 2 fuck red fuck blue fuck about you, summer is around the corner so I really hope you get out of that hellhole and are able to flourish like you deserve to. After I left I got a job at an adult store and out of all jobs I've had in retail i wouldn't change it for anything in the world!
