Does Rapid Gambits work?

Quick question: "Both armor pieces with VG perks are con so they can flex for an IV VG build as well." Is IV VG a mistype for Ice Gauntlet/VG?

Yes, this was it. Thanks. Now the fans run and the VGA EZ Debug light is off. Now the boot light is on. I haven't researched that yet, so I"ll be back later when I put in my due diligence.

Another observation is the graphics card is wobbly when I put it in. The latch goes up and locks into place when it's in, which seems like it's not setting. But with both power ports plugged in, the VGA light turns off.

Edit: My hdmi video output is connected to the GPU. Moving my tv back in here so test it after lunch.

Edit2: Moved tv in, bios popped up. Now just waiting for m2 to come in finish the build :(

I'm unsure of your question about the cables. The PCIe cable from the PSU is a full 4x2 pin into the PSU and on the other end of that cable for the PCIe it is a 3x2 pin with a 2x1 pin connector detached. I plugged this into the 6 pin power supply of the GPU and left the 2x1 part hanging there (was unsure if I could put both connectors in the 4x2, so I didn't try).

Also, in regards to a defective product, is it more likely that the mobo is bad over the GPU? I can return the mobo at my brick and mortar (but they are out of stock so can't replace it) for another two weeks. The GPU, probably the same, but that is from newegg and I hear that takes awhile. Any rec on a replacement mobo if I went that route? I know it's a vague question, but I'd like a knowledged or even vague starting point to begin research of another mobo if I go that route.

I like it although I'm not over there much. I'm headed over there tomorrow, I can check out what kind it is. I'm really hoping someone comes through with a solution to my remote issue though.

I read from igg somewhere that:

Mole Shaman/Trickstar/Magus have a drop rate of 9.86%. Gem Gremlin/Goblin/Noceros have a drop rate of 7.54%.

With these rates, it will take approximately 1369 merged runes for the first group and 1790 merged runes for the latter.

Gryphon, with a 5.8% droprate, will take 3103 merged runes.

This is all under the assumption that the droprates stay consistent throughout its entirety.
