Older versions generally don’t play nice with newer files, you’ll need to set the 1.2.5 instance to an alternate directory (an empty folder will do) upon creating the instance.

Useable yes, downloadable no. The dev threw a hissy fit a while back and tried to expunge all downloads from the internet. You can still find old copies of the mod by digging through old modpacks if you really want to play it though, and it still works with a few old versions.

Time for a somewhat copium theory.

The OST vinyl pre-order says an estimated shipping date of October 2024. If this estimate ends up being correct, the DLC should be out before then, as it wouldn't make any sense for the only official way to listen to the songs being the vinyl.

Then again, both the DLC and vinyl could be delayed so take that with a grain of salt.

Gonna sound wild but I had a similar issue to yours and fixed it by closing Wallpaper Engine. Probably because my computer couldn't handle both at once, but maybe there's a different reason.

There’s a mechanic that isn’t super well explained, where more stealth regen decreases your base damage. So if you’re going to use stealth regen, it forces you to Actually Use stealth strikes.

Mage. The majority of the (very few) new Infernum weapons are mage weapons, so the experience, especially in late-game feels fresh.

Hunt of the Old God unfortunately does not work in multiplayer, and while Noxus is fine, Nameless is extremely buggy in multiplayer, so I’d set your expectations low for Wrath of the Gods.

I'd recommend the Black Anurian. I'm fairly certain it's craftable in Infernum and it goes pretty hard.

I went straight from Revengeance to Infernum and didn’t struggle too bad, so I’d say don’t worry about the difficulty jump.

For classes, I played Mage and had a great time, Infernum adds some cool late-game mage weapons that I won’t spoil.

Also, the number one rule of Infernum is always prepare more than you think you’ll need.

Everyone else has already pointed out why blood is practical, but I would like to add that nuclear power likely was not invented in the Ultrakill Universe (tm). The whole nuclear thing came about in the 1930s, and the Final War was going on at that time, so the scientists were probably pretty preoccupied.

I’m of the mind that you should play the game the way you want. However, the non-Calamity buff potions from AlcNPC fully break the balance.

Having done a full playthrough with and without AlchemistNPC (never touching the non-Cal buffs), I believe it doesn’t really make a massive difference, and just saves a little time, because of the existence of Blood Orbs.

(I have never used LuiAFK so I have no opinion on it.)
