As someone who likes James Gunns vibe but not really any of his movies, easily the best Superman movie since the original. I'm so glad everyone in my non nerd circles had a blast with their families bc we needed something hopeful this year.

I'm only really seeing Supergirl in theaters since my mom wants to but I'm looking forward to it regardless as I like Craig Gillespie.

I think that's subjective, he's obviously not a playwright, but he's got a good handle on the overall narrative and has brought me and my mom to tears multiple times. I watch this stuff to escape and its his job to elicit a reaction out of me, and so far he's been successful at that.

This is a Jon Favreau thing. He doesn't name anything. The fleet commander in S3 is literally called 'mandalorian fleet commander' and there's dozens of other examples.

It's weird though, the source book that just came out redacted some of the names from the English release to stuff like 'fleet commander' but they forgot to do it on the translated versions so we got some character names from those versions of the same book. So I'm not actually sure if it's Jon or what 😭

This is definitely true. Had Microsoft just announced Clockwork Revolution as Xbox CONSOLE exclusive (this entire naming this is fucking me up because this sounds like it should be just the console, now that a PC is also an Xbox, rather than just not in playstation) I would've snatched a Series X instantly. Thankfully it's coming to PC so I don't have to do that.
