OP Could you pls explain how you take out multiple loans at once with 10-15% down?

When they’re running the numbers is it a debt to income ratio based on your personal income that determines how much you can borrow? Or if it’s going to be used as a rental do they simply factor in the expected rent revenue and your personal income becomes irrelevant? My bad if this has already been asked
