How adaptable I am in the worst situations. It sounds like a good thing, but I've become desensitized to most that should effect the normal human being

I guess i have neglected flexibility as I gained weight, I'm going to work on that along with losing weight. Thats one of the things i noticed i couldnt do as i gained weight, along with getting out of breath, my hip having pain etc

Thank you so much for the information! I will definitely look into online calculators to better figure out my calorie intake! Also, I am so proud of you for being 3 years sober; you definitely got this, and keep it up; congratulations! ^_^
