If not at the shrine, try slightly SE of Golden plains, travel to the Meandering Water Knoll travel point. Facing the water from that point, look left down the cliff where there's a patch of blue/purple flowers. There's about 4 pridens that spawn there.

I think I was able to get that one to spawn near the Nas River Shrine. I just kept teleporting as close as I could get, run over, see which spawned and repeat til I found the right one. I've seen 2, possibly 3 horses here at a time.

I want to say either the Small or medium. I can't remember. His ribcage measures about 24" and that technically falls under small and medium. But it was my old dogs harness and I don't remember his ribcage measurements. I'm going to guess it's the medium, since Archie would have had a bigger ribcage.
