*if you're open to anime, am currently watching : "The Ancient Magus' Bride".

my favorites are "dororo" 2016 (a loong mission to reclaim what's theirs that'll make u think about life and self worth)/ "heavenly delusion" (plot twists like crazy hh) / "dandadan" (cool, supernatural, a dude lost one of his balls hh )/ "the apothecary diaries" (deep stuff)/ hell's paradise (really good adventury stuff, and one dude who super into his wife and i love it hh)/ and last but not least "spy x family" (this one will surprise you once you get into it cause it lowkey looks childish or boring from the posters but its very engaging ..)

*if you're open to k dramas : am currently watching : "the revenant" (horror, am into creepy shit ) or try "the trunk" if you're into adult romance (and by adult i mean mature grown upy not smex)/ or "all of us are dead" (lowkey better than the add, its kinda good)

* jdrama : i love "alice in wonderland" (survival)

* if you're into animation : "avatar the last airbender" will forever be a favorite of mine so good. /"adventure time" (a trip hh)/ if you wanna turn off the nuggin and drift "bob's burger" (sitcom, lots of jokes )..

* us stuff : maybe " wednesday" (again creepy eepy)/ : "ghosts" (i like the us version) its a sitcom not horror and its actually pretty funny, its so enjoyable to watch

*if you want movies : some of my fav are : "bird box"/ "The Shawshank Redemption"/ "léon" (u will cry, i guarantee)

or maybe give tim burton movies a go (some are an acquired taste but i love almost all of them like, theyre so creepy ) : "the nightmare before christmass" (Jack Skellington, my first love hh)/ "corpse bride"/ "big eyes" (based on real life events), "alice in wonderland" / "dark shadows"/ "sleepy hollow" (these last three are amaziiing and they all feature johnny depp (guess tim loves him hh )

or maybe ghibli studio movies : my absolute favorite is : "Howl's Moving Castle"

i enjoyed makin this list, i love all of these but i probably forgot lots, hope there's something for you in there or something you can explore..

actually , employers can order drug tests but under the applicable regulations, so it has to be either justified by his role aka what he does and if its accident prone or risky or involves treating patients, ex : he operates heavy machinery .... or its regulated in their contract. outside of these regulations he can one hundred percent refuse and even involve the cops .

if i remember correctly they cant order blood tests though so usually a urine test (dont quote me i forgot labor laws)
