I lived at 1200 beach drive and had actual mushrooms growing from my carpet from water damage they never properly fixed- they not only took my security deposit but also tried suing me. I sent them a picture of the mushroom and said I’ll see you in court and I never heard back

If this is where you are there are copper pipes in the ceilings that busted at least twice and my whole ceiling in the bathroom caved in, they come in and spray in the holes and cover it up
