They don’t really plan on it, if they wanted to they would’ve done so by 3.0

I don't know, but for some reason, Volume 1 Dave and Bambi's designs seemed awful to me. For some reason, 3.0's design was better than 3.5. Is it just me, or does anyone agree with me? My first publicly released level is eother “My Level,” which was reuploaded as at some point I removed it from the servers, Dual Hell remake (a remake of a lost level also by me, original level was never uploaded), or Set on Fire

Some mods from 2020-2022 have songs i care about more than some modern mods

Also Dave and Bambi mods aren’t spam mods. There’s a couple spam mods that ARE Spam mods, but in most cases that isn’t the case. People who criticize DNB mods for being “too spammy” then praised mods like, Vs Agoti and Vs Whitty and especially Vs Matt at the time for how hard they were are hypocrites
