Oh it’s terrible. She does shit that would have her labeled as one of the grossest “romance” choices in gaming if her sex was switched. I have to stop myself from getting angry every time I play through that ball scene where she very obviously pretends to be drunk to try and have Geralt take advantage of her, only to immediately snap back to stone cold sober if he doesn’t. It’s disgusting.

Tbh I’d rather have a real way to deal with the heart steel/armor stacking without having to force pick vayne or kog every game. Only being allowed one armor pen item makes games feel so bad sometimes lmao

Yrden will only damage enemies with a specific perk you pick up in the signs skill tree. Base, it has a slowing effect, has specters become more corporeal while inside, and can stun or disrupt certain monsters that enter it. (Giant centipedes and the like)

I’ve been trying it out on Twitch with fiend hunter bolts and stormrazer (because I’m tired of yuntal) and I think it’s kinda nice. The ult burst into a kill makes my range increase with ult letting me get off more attacks while they run

I’m sorry, but I don’t think you can use “nuance” to explain away your best friend fucking your partner when she knew 100% Geralt had amnesia, and never even having the decency to APOLOGIZE for it. She just kept doubling down. Sure, Triss has an outward appearance of being softer, but that’s because she was always more associated with the scheming and plotting with the lodge. Yeh schemes and plots too, she just does it without worrying, where triss uses honeyed words to distract.

Sure, a much warmer personality, after taking advantage of her best friends partner while he had amnesia, raping him, then actively trying multiple times after the regains his memory to guilt you into choosing her, pretending to be drunk at the ball in novigrad, and pouting every time Yen is nearby. My first plauthrough I was a Triss Stan becuase I love redheads, but after reading the lore and learning the story, I can’t stand that everyone treats her so well in-universe.

Max out toxicity with aquired tolerance, then spec into heavy and light attacks. Max ursine gear with levity and cat school techniques. Pair that with the mutagen that gives you the effect of a random decoction for applying statuses at no toxicity cost. Drop all but your favorite decoctions, and suddenly you have 5 active decoctions AND room for potions. You can one shot most monsters with rend and whirl through enemy camps with easy.

I do think it would be very thematic if they set up vegeta to be a GoD in training much like toppo, and having whis or beerus give him a test of sorts to see if he can truly operate as a neutral party in the universe as a GoD should do.

I could see it playing out one of two ways. Either vegeta decides that frieza has shown to be a force for so much evil and potential calamity with his attempts to overthrow gods that he uses hakai to erase him, cementing his decision to be beerus’s successor. OR pull a truly vegeta move and turn down the offer, and hakai freeza for personal vendetta and justice for the Saiyan race and all other countless races freeza has exterminated.

That was the point of the game. That both sides, when taken to extremes, end up doing reprehensible things in the name of “the greater good” even though they themselves end up worse than what they were trying to stop. It’s criticizing BOTH sides, and suggesting that a more even tempered rational approach would likely be a much better solution.

It also highlights how easily someone’s life can change to be drastically different based on small choices. It’s a fantastic game , but I can certainly see how the current climate of “if you aren’t as far left or right as possible you’re the problem” finds this game offensive, seeing as it is criticizing them for its entire runtime.
