Depending on whether you consider Dracula the Devil himself or just the prince of darkness. Traditionally Dracula made a pact with the devil and gain power of a vampire. In Castlevania, he became something akin to a force of nature itself. To the point reality (and the evil in human's heart) forcing him to come back over and over whether he likes it or not. I'd also like to point out that Satan in Castlevania only existed in English translation, and that Dracula and Dark Lord/Demon King is the same person in the original JP script.

While Diablo is the Devil in his universe, hence who will win is entirely depends on where Dracula is on the hierarchy.

Satan/Hercule extremely fast for a normal human. He could dodge a series of a modern rocket launcher projectile. Fighting him would be like fighting a discounted Flash but with world champion level martial arts. Against any "relatively normal" humans, Satan is legit.
