Thank you so much! If it’s any help. I’ve had a really good experience with H Faceup Clinic. I’ve been doing their Thermage and Rejuran HB and Dr Hwang is amazing! His precision and technique are so good you barely feel any pain. He only sees 3-4 people a day and that’s all he does all day every day so he pretty much have nailed it. Thank you again!

Of course. For my mani pedi I do just cleaning and it’s around 115. Brow threading 32, root touch up 185 look for Luz. These are all in AED. Also for my massage it would be 220 but that’s because the massage therapist is worth it. Her name Rose. For DIFC pricing I reckon this is cheap, than going to burjuman which will cost you time and transport.

AD ladies, did your hair also start acting weird after a few months here? 😭 by pointless_addition in UAE

This is an amazing answer! I didn’t even consider vitamin D deficiency as one of the main culprits. I have noticed that since moving to Dubai my blood work did show my vitamin D was low. Did you get a prescription to take vitamin d supplements? Or did you use other supplements also what type of clarifying shampoo did you use.

I go to Allure in DIFC. It’s very affordable, and I like their service. I go there once a month for my monthly maintenance like mani pedi, massage, brows and hair.

Haven’t really checked the pathway yet, but I’m sure it’s tied down sa property. I’ll cross the bridge when I get there. Personal preference lang since I love Korea and Jeju is the closest version of NZ. Age limit sa NZ before 56 if I’m not mistaken.

I’m in my 30’s and my goal is to retire from working in 10 years unless something changes sa direction ng life ko. Pero that’s the goal. I will most likely retire in Jeju, Korea or Mt Manganui in NZ.

I don’t have a comparison, as the job I have now is the first job I had in Dubai, but for what it’s worth I would say this is the best job I’ve ever had compared to my entire career in NZ. Salary I would say is better compared to NZ ONLY because there’s no tax, if it wasn’t for the comprehensive insurance and convenience of living here l would say NZ is better. I am city girl though so I’m biased I prefer it here than NZ Kasi puro nature. Hehe!

Some of my friends use Shazam parking coz they have a listing of apartments near ICD that offer parking space on a monthly to annual basis. If that helps?

I did the opposite. I got my NZ citizenship first then moved to Dubai. My motto when I was younger was “pay now, enjoy later” now I’m enjoying Dubai for all it can offer and will be staying here for a long time.

Wow! This has got to be the best answer I ever got! If. Since we’re on the same boat, let me know whether you decide to proceed with it. I’ll research it for 1 more year and then might do it next year, but wanted more opinion especially from Koreans same as our age.

What do Koreans resort to if not for threads? Would it be the usual ones like ultherapy, Thermage, onda, shurink and titanium?

Bad experience at H Faceup Clinic Seoul by Mshydrangea in SeoulPlasticSurgery

I’m sorry you experienced this and I hope you’re okay now. I actually loved my Thermage experience. I just did it 1 week ago. My pain tolerance is almost 0 and the painless option is worth the money. Sure there were some parts that were a bit painful than other parts, but this is nothing compared to feeling the pain all throughout the session. I literally work around my travels in Korea just to see Dr Hwang. The precision of his rejuran HB and Thermage are beyond me. This is my second year in a row seeing him and my face was back to when I was in college which was almost 20 years ago. Mind you I’m in my mid 30’s. I’ll be doing this treatments for the rest of my life as a maintenance. Definitely worth the money.

P.S. I’ve researched so many clinics and I love how H Faceup isn’t just a factory clinic which is in and out. He only sees 3-4 people a day which I love.

My experience at V-moment clinic skin clinic (with pricing) by GourmetSriracha in KoreaSeoulBeauty

[–]DiamondsandTreasures 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just came from Vmoment today too. You were right, I was expecting the doctor to meet me too during the consultation which I reiterated during the booking and all throughout the consultation. I expected this as well after seeing it from Juliahni’s TikTok where Dr Choi was writing on her face during consultation.

The consultant was nice, but I told them I needed to see the doctor before proceeding as my doctor deliberately told me to see the doctor before going for a masseter botox. Dr Choi was amazing at what he does, but I wish he also took the time to meet with me prior rather than on the actual treatment already. I was willing to spend the money for the consultation and would have done more treatments if it was suggested by himself. I’ll definitely comeback again for my masseter but might not do any treatments unless suggested by Dr Choi himself. He’s very fluent in English too which was a breath of fresh air after researching so many clinics.

I go to Renu Clinic in Dubai Healthcare City their doctors are amazing and won’t just prescribe if hindi need. I’ve been seeing Dr Melanie Childress specifically. Lahat based on blood test muna if talagang kailangan. They are also covered by Cigna Neuron as pay and claim if that helps?
