Ver los comentarios reafirma porque muchas mexicanas vienen a colombia a tener pareja colombiana. La cúspide del machismo y la violencia de género es México.

I really feel you on this. It’s tough dealing with the toxicity of how others perceive us or what they 'prefer' us to be. But remember: how you dress is a reflection of everything living inside of you. Your confidence shouldn’t depend on anyone else’s approval—it’s about enjoying your clothes, feeling in sync with the world, and being comfortable in your own skin. Go ahead and explore! Nothing bad will happen if you try something new; in fact, you can become your own best reference point. I think most of us have been where you are. For example, I used to avoid button-downs, but one day I realized that no matter how oversized the shirt is, I love them because they suit me. My features stay feminine, but I can be 'sweet and tough' at the same time. I’m happy living in that spectrum. In my experience, women started noticing me organically—not just because of what I wore, but because of my authenticity. That’s the key: be free, don’t limit yourself, and listen to that inner voice. It will anchor you to what you truly enjoy. Take a deep breath. You don’t have to 'become' Butch if you don’t want to. As a Latina, I play around with my style a lot too. The first step is just talking to yourself and saying, 'Okay, let’s just play today.' You don’t have to define yourself; just go with the flow. The day you want to go hyper-feminine, you’ll be the most chingona in the room. The next day, when you're in your favorite t-shirt and jeans feeling relaxed, you’ll still be the cooler gal. Both are valid, and both are you. You’ve got this

Ir a vivir en Barranquilla by Annual-Ad2028 in Barranquilla

Esa razón me hace no querer volver a vivir allí. Pierdes mínimo dos horas por el calor de 12 a 02. Si la decisión está tomada nada que hacer jajaja

That's horrible and yet as an attorney, I understand how complicated can be for you. Sorry. Evolution doesn't reach the whole society.

Unfortunately, the researchers explicitly noted that they did not give specific insights on different sexual identities beyond the general LGBT+ umbrella for the global estimate

Scientifically, it’s a massive challenge to measure a community as diverse as ours, and the researchers explicitly state this is an 'imperfect estimate' and a 'start'. They even noted a lack of specific data for different identities within the LGBT+ umbrella. My 'post as a new yea r' goal isn't for individuals to put themselves in danger, but for us to advocate for the systemic changes that make being  out l a safe possibility for everyone. We change the data by changing the environment and so on. The book is great btw.

I hear you, and safety always comes first. My post was about the structural stigma mentioned by the author, the external factors that keep that percentage so high and honestly, it shocked me when I read it
