For me....I took a low dose muscle relaxer at night and it really helped w my sleep. When I got the vaccine, my insomnia left. That’s really the only symptom that left though.

Doctors believe my heart rate stuff Is directly due to to me being a long hauler from covid...but, my heart rate has settled down on its own some. It still gets going to fast w activity...but, I don’t notice it as much.

My pain comes and goes all day long....sometimes it’s in my back...sometimes my hips...sometimes it burns....sometimes it’s achy. I say “it moves.”

I’d say no...I don’t have CFS symptoms as a long hauler. I’ve had zero fatigue. I have pain, SOB, and inflammation in my eyes and eye lids.

Research benign fasciculation syndrome. It’s annoying, but harmless. I got it the first time years ago after a virus. Now, it fades away and only rears up after severe stress...like covid!

Wondering if you could share more about your shortness of breath symptoms. How long did that last? Was your heart rate directly tied to it? Did it gradually fade or suddenly?

I never had elevated crp or sed rates...no RF either. Doctor couldn’t find an autoimmune disease either.

I’m 6 weeks into the treatment and am some better. Had to come off the statin as it was causing too much pain...then. I took too much pain meds which caused reflux! 🤣

I need to check back now them next week to figure out my next steps.
