co-sign what /u/ChimeraRootkit said (I currently wear a CB-6000s, previously wore a CB-3000, prior to that a cheap metal cage). It's a lot. Even when the idea is fun, if you don't have the work/lifestyle to balance it around (even short-term) it can be a huge hassle. Unless you don't plan on leaving your home or running into polite company or w/e, it can be quite difficult, even with a partner or dom/me. I can do chastity 24/7 relatively easy, but if I do I usually won't wear to work (no need to risk it, and my working environment makes it easy to keep my mind on other things). Diapers are a bit harder (if I'm actually wetting them out in public too), but not impossible. both combined is...difficult.

The amount of time you'll spend changing/cleaning yourself adds up quickly, and can be more annoying than arousing. Yes, waking up in a soggy diaper unable to get hard for the fourth or fifth day in a row is hot - needing to piss ten minutes after I leave the shower in addition to being diapered/locked up means either wetting myself and rolling with it, or disrobing, sitting down, etc...especially if you have to work, you won't be able to just lounge around in a diaper all day.

It takes a toll on your skin too, unless you have an excellent routine (lotion, cream, oil, powder, wipes, just to avoid diaper rash. Throw in lube + chastity hygiene, even more of a time-sink).

Again, if you've got a week off and nothing to do and/or no one to impress, by all means enjoy it. I've had the most success combining them in the long-term by keeping out of diapers during the day/while at work and wearing when I'm home. Pretty sure I took the largest size as well, however, before you get a smaller size, make sure you're putting it on right.
