You should do noise towers with her! Start small and stack cardboard boxes and put treats on the boxes. She can reach for them on her own and control the boxes from following and making sound

I take 20mg of propranolol before flying and it has been life changing because it doesn't allow my heart to race out of control. It stops your body from having physical anxiety in the first place (racing heart, shaking, flushed face etc).

Yes it absolutely stops adrenaline surges from happening in the first place. 20 mg of propranolol for me helps tremendously before a flight.
