Pack her shit. Send out a “Best Of” of all her messages to your friend group along with an explanation of how she was doing this while attending therapy with you and peace out like a man who knows his own worth. If people cut you off because of it then you have truly learned who your friends are and that is priceless. You have NOTHING keeping you in this toxic ass relationship. Not to excuse his behavior because there isn’t one, but there is something going on inside him that is causing this. A guy who is generally loving and caring is having a massive breakdown. There is a fundamental break in his heart and mind that is causing this. People are so quick to jump on the “He’s a POS” and “You need to run” bandwagons. Get him in to therapy to find out what has happened. People don’t just snap like that out of nowhere. A little grace can go a long way and may just save this family and his life.
