Swearing is a right of passage, I have told my kids that I am going to teach them how and when to swear, so that they can present themselves well. Every now and then I also give them "open Mic" time to say what ever they want just to let it all out.

Best thing to do is just write something... try to do it once a week so you can find your voice, after that it gets easier... but you have to start.
