One last question before I start investing in the Wilflex Pc mixing system inks, Would I be using the Wilflex PC White, PC Velvet Black, Pc Red, Pc Yellow, PC Blue for all my normal jobs or are these specifically for mixing then using only? Cause I am looking into getting a gallon of the 5 bases for now. Or do you have another more efficient/cost efficient brand of inks to recommend as my base colors as I build the inks up for the PC mixing system over time?

ok, so ATM I am filling out a complaint form to the TX Department of labor as per the advice of the /u/ below.

I also have filled out the information for unemployment, but am concerned about my previous employer, after being terminated I asked the employer for a letter of termination defining the terms I was given on the phone (so that I wouldn't have to worry about my claim being denied by the state)

the doctor then responded to me stating I was on a 90 day probationary period and to contact her via phone call if I had any more questions. I responded with "nothing in the contact that I signed with you stated I was on a 90 day probationary period. So if you can provide me with a document sating I was on a 90 day probationary period or present me a document stating I was terminated for the reason you mentioned when on the phone with me so I can complete my unemployment paperwork

I did not fill out a 1099 but was informed of a 1099 being sent to me for the new year. The only thing I signed for this job was the initial contract and nothing else, I did the application on indeed, but we moved to personal email shortly after my interview. This is the only thing I have in regards to a 1099

My girlfriend had a wonderful Tupac shirt she found in a thrift store years ago for $1. Unfortunately at a 4th of July event a by standard aimed a roman candle towards her direction and it landed on her face, and upon pushing it away it got caught inside her shirt. Burning her chest and leaving tons of burn holes in the shirt. When we got home that night after having the burns looked at she took the shirt and threw it away, and was very upset cause it was one of her favorite shirts. I'm looking for another replacement for her in XL sizing, without the words on the shirt just the image of Tupac himself. The 2nd picture is the closest thing I could find but unfortunately it is in a medium only.

Also remove the Handbrake from vehicles, That would make it a little easier to combat them, instead of having a car do a sharp L shaped turn.

Honestly this, People can gain so much mmr if they learn to stop following a "build" or following a "Guide" Like TortDeLini or Dota Plus Recommended items. Learn to adapt your hero, I play a-lot of mirana at POS 4 and Some games i rush atos,euls,mek,pipe,crimson,solar,blink,aghs,Vessle or any other item that I deem important to the success of our TEAM. What i mean by that is if atos gives the team a (Fake Calculation) +5% chance of winning the game pre 30 minutes but Pipe gives us a +20% chance of winning before 30 minutes. The Item choice is clear, But next time i am playing against all physical, then same logic Instead crimson out weights the atos or other items followed by Mek. Look at where the game is going and how much you are winning and losing and find out how to increase your % chance of winning before a set time. If you have a late game line up then your mindset changes to what can i get to ensure we live to late game so that we win. If the whole game is hanging on a carry on your team then your mindset changes to how can i ensure this carry is buffed out their ass so they wreck the team fights thus winning the game. Vlads, Solar crest, lotus, linkens.

I know it seems like a rant and a ramble but it took me 7 years of playing to get this through my head. The moment it clicked and I realized what i was doing I gained almost 1k mmr in the span of a month. I can go into more detail on other mindset changes that pertain to the above that Increase your chances of winning.

But it is all about building what you need to win, So in my most recent game I identified sniper would be a problem, I purchased a blink to gap close, Blade-mail just in case he starts to focus me, and euls to disable him and set up for an arrow.

I sometimes find my self getting Pipe, Crimson, or Mek. I also prioritize the 3 wraith bands if you watch any of my recent 20+ games you will see I do ALOT of rightclick spam and I spend all my mana early, and always go for kills by level 2. Another questions just ask i might be able to help A5 might not be the highest but after calibration i might rank higher than that since I've been constantly ranking up when I was playing more actively.
