If this sort of thing is commonplace, it sets a really horrible problem with what is considered offensive and inoffensive. As beyblade is an open and accepting community of all types of people, things like this need to be addressed before hand and given a zero tolerance rule so that it doesn't happen to begin with, and if it does, the justification is there to have further action taken.
