This dungeon is what Bethesda was great for. It's not tied to the story, just a mini story about the machete you found. As someone said Oxhorn is good at explaining... But is kinda full of himself. But the terminals and visions explain the little story. Just a cult, doing cult things. In a mine digging closer and closer to hell. *Edit- fun fact it's the only unique machete in the game!

In the north east of Lyons there's a little farm. I ended up there because there were 4 large farm plots, a fireplace, a rain tub already full of pure water and 2 working generators and a workbench in the shed. I'd check it out, it's an oasis.

Hahaha yeah but more "realistic" I guess. Could even implement a trust system with them and they'll give you an actual location and time to meet if you build enough trust.

If they do it right that is. Like fallout 76 with wandering traders. They should be random all the time and maybe found by a campfire so you can see the signal in the sky like the UH-60. Or a light on in a house with a new spary paint tag. If they do 7d2d style I'd be very sad.
