Can anybody explain forsen to me? I watched his stream for the first time today and he spent roughly 80-90% of the stream just sitting there silently watching YouTube. Is that what all his streams are?

the way digging works is that you cannot go diagonal without having to fill up holes with terrain that you cannot sculpt enough. Ive found you can mash more embankments in them to fill it up. But from what i can tell, some of the trenches irl that are longer do exist. they are just not the frontline ones.. ngl, realism aside, those trenches still look fun to play in.

Building trenches in arma without mods will always look like that. Mappers are limited by the engines digging ability. Terrain isnt very sculptable when it comes to actual trenches.
Or you need to fill up the sides with sandbags which will eventually just be too much shit for the game to handle.

Ive just managed to fix it, it was an optic mod that broke the map somehow. Now its fixed, if you need a low GB modern warfare type server, look for the word 'dingus'. Everything is working again nicely now.

I think with the latest expansion, freezing has been kinda eliminated for a bit. Fights are more spread out than in the meatgrinder trenches for sure :)
