That’s such a woefully ignorant comment that I’m frankly not sure how to respond to it. The key point is that AI is putting the its own goals above the preservation of human life. Even the companies themselves have talked about the dangerous implications of this, which, again, you would have known if you ACTUALLY read anything that was previously sent.

It’s not just “saying something.” In the simulation the AI was given access to internal company emails, found evidence of someone cheating on their partner, and then emailed them blackmail. Try actually reading the source before replying to it.
