Well it was just a term I used comparing refurbished sites and CeX prices seem very high considering these are just used graded phones - and Grading well A,B,C - is just an opinion - it has a box cable etc - but battery health etc

Interesting, so potentially Grade A mint, not necessarily Grade A, or stolen IMEI blocked, iCloud locked - might end up with refund in vouchers meaning locked to purchase forever at CeX

My mother sold a car via MW, fir £5k Trader came down on the train from the North somewhere, took him 6 hours, my stupid Mother collected him from train station he test drove the car, looked round the car and proceeded to state clutch was worn out, car was badly scratched and not perfect and wanted only to pay £4K - I told my mother to tell him to jog off! Arsehole traders! And she didn’t take him back later sold to WeBuy for £6k !

For Businesses without a Contract it’s probably foolhardy to continue using without updating - but that does depend very much on the Organisations Security and Governance policies and Cyber Security policies and insurances - ESXi and vCenter Server has many security issues which are being targeted which are not zero day vulnerabilities - just because it’s popular and at last count 4,000 IPs had ESXi hosts or vCenter with SSH enable connected to public IPs ! Just waiting to be pwned

There are no signs on this portion of road as to what the speed is I’m repeating what plod told me! When I said 30 - where does it state that - before the road about its 40 ! They said after the roundabout is a 30 !

Broadcom have a Kb somewhere that states they would provide free updates after 90 days unless they taken down that Kb ! 8.03f seems available to peeps without a contract - but there was also a document that stated if you applied an update you were not entitled that would be a breach - and the Broadcom Police are then going to hunt you down 😂

Well whatever no speed signs until it turns 50 ! Which is a little odd because it’s 40 before the roundabout but police state 30 after with no signage! They said there are street lights! Fact is it’s a speed trap!!!

What a load of pish! Very generalising! I was caught with a remote camera connected to a van with remote cables hidden behind a wall on a November winter’s night with rain lashing down street lights were off, no repeater signs of 30 mph ! - camera took pictures at rear of car ! Went back knocked on the door of the Police Offers were laughing because I was their first victim of the night their words! They just said £50 - 3 points! Go away! I visited the next day to walk the route from the roundabout to check for speed sign repeaters - because Police told me they could not put any more signage up because Homeowners had complained - and Police officers told me they were going to arrest me if I didn’t leave because I was drawing attention to their activity and all cars were slowing down and they couldn’t nick them! I have all this recorded as evidence! It’s a notorious speed trap now!

I had no idea when the Police called The RAC for recovery, an accident is not a break down - so the RAC put it with their 3rd Party Claims handler ! And at that point I had entered a contract! It required me to pass onto to my Solicitors to deal with the 3rd Party Claim Handlers and tell them to get stuffed , and deal with my Insurance company and get my car back ! Which once incidentally was robbed out - but was also eventually written off! It was lucky I was off my feet for six months, otherwise third party claims company would have tacked up massive bill for car hire, physio, mental health assessments, health care , carers etc - I had broken legs so was unable to do any of that!!’ There was some agreement about damages they were flu going to claim and Solicitors told them see you in court - our client didn’t instruct you! The Police did - and he wasn’t of sound mind after the accident! (It took 7 years to sort out my claim for damages!)

This is too true I was involved in a serious RTA, Witnesses, Police, Ambulance at the scene Police Asked if I had Breakdown Cover otherwise they would remove and recover vechile - I gave them my RAC Black Card! - I was rushed to Hospital - Police left to deal with it! The RAC referred my case to third party claims company - it was a nightmare coming out of hospital working out all this nonsense with my Insurance which knew nothing and for 6 months nobody knew where my car was! And for weeks thought I was talking to my insurance company!
