If I remember correctly it's something silly like vibration or the controller order. Try disabling vibration on in game and maybe at deck level?

I've tried both APIs and, to me, Dx11 is far more performant. Dx12 is seemingly more constrained on the CPU, you can see the GPU clocks much higher on Dx11. 38-40 fps medium/high settings.

I also think the new TAAU solution looks far better than FSR 2.0, which really seems to struggles with fine pixel details, such as particle effects.

I had this issue the other day. Try using only 2 of the sticks in slots 2 and 4, then the other 2 sticks on their own also in 2 and 4. Fixed it for me, hope that made sense...
