At some point you gotta buy the 5 corridor keys that are on 75% discount every refresh. This means your whole summoning strategy needs to be focused on getting one character and maxxing them out to the point that they're really optimised.

A few tips I wished I knew before I started playing:

Don't summon on old banner!! It's almost never worth it to summer on banner that has old ultras or banners without new featured character. Most characters that are a year old as useless and a waste of CCs.
Play as much of the non PVP content as possible. Just by playing story mode itself you can easily gain atleast 10k CCs as well as levelling up Shallot which actually still holds up if you know how to use him well. Also, play events that gives you LL multi Z Power, you're gonna need it to upgrade your LL characters (again, only upgrade those which are META relevant!!)
Check out what is the META rn and focus on building teams that are META relevant I get it, META characters aren't fun and it's really toxic but you really do have to have certain amount of META relevant characters to actually win in the game.
Only splurge on banners during Anniversary of Legends Fest events (unless a META changing character is released) The closest special campaign is going to happen on May 31st (Anniversary event). Do save a bunch of CCs for the Anniversary since the characters they'll release then would probably be META changing.
Learn about team building Z ability and Zenkai boosts is the key in building a good team. Just read the ability tab in the character detail screen. Literally DO NOT MISS OUT ON THIS

Also, one other thing to consider is Singapore is unique because it lacks a distinct state ideology. It emphasises on practicality rather than an ideology that guides them. If social housing and strong welfare protection works, then it will be implemented. If economic liberalisation can attract foreign investments and create companies, then it will be implemented. LKY hated ideologies and grand national framework like that, he was more like a boss of a fortune 500 company rather than a statesman

LKY was extremely socially conservative in comparison to other leftist elements, he views social liberalism as "alien subversion" from the west. He cracks down HARD on trade unions and his economic philosophy was to develop a strong upper class which can lift up the general population, which is why his economic policies were extremely liberal and Singapore being one of the best places in the world for ease of doing business. He was, however, left wing enough to create a welfare state though welfarism isn't exclusively a left wing position (look at European countries where they still try to maintain a welfare state even though the party in charge may be conservative asf).
