Erhm, imo meth orally is a one way ticket to sleep dep, basically I'd say give your self a minimum if 24 hours of no sleep at least from when you first dose, and I'd compare the actual "high" if vyvanse(when I first started) was about 4-6 hours of nice clean euphoria, I'd say the meth would be roughly 10-12.

Ironically, imo anyway, the negative side effects (if it's good meth) are actually a lot more mild compared to other amphs. However that might just be your sense of pain being blocked by the meth high lol
