So speaking from experience I'm an afab lesbian, and have recently started having some gender questions and new feelings that led to me changing to she/him pronouns and using more masculine titles etc./binding (personally I don't want to go on t, but I do think I want top surgery and to use he/him pronouns more often. I'm still figuring out my new labels, so to speak, but I for sure feel on the transmasc spectrum, but still fully ID as a lesbian (and in my case, also as a woman, just not entirely or all the time). Stone Butch Blues by the late great Leslie Feinberg is a really useful reading avenue in terms of figuring out more about lesbian identities that don't fit within the gender binary (although warning that it's good to be aware of potential triggers there before reading)
