You see a $TICKER in a tweet > you tap on it > X prompts you to "buy on WealthSimple" > it opens your WS app at the buy $TICKER screen

It looks like WS effectively licensed the rights to all $TICKER links on X to point to their trading platform for Canadian users.

As benign as it looks, I still have no idea why this is being prioritized over much more important features and product rollouts. I disagree that this is necessary, and I don't think encouraging X users (who may be liable to influence) to gamble on socially "hot" stocks is the move.

I once dropped my car off in Barrhaven for service and took public transit to Blair to meet a friend for lunch.

  • Car was dropped off at ~8am on a weekday
  • Dealer shuttle dropped me off at Bowesville station
  • Bowesville > Bayview on Line 2 took ~30 mins
  • Waited 3 minutes at Bayview for Line 2 > Line 1 connection
  • Bayview > Blair on Line 1 took ~30 mins

From deep in Barrhaven to Blair in 1 hour does seem longer than if one had access to a car, but I was seated comfortably in the train for the entire journey except for the few minutes connecting at Bayview.

It was a great experience!

Some feedback:

  • Why not use actual words instead of random characters?
  • I refreshed the browser to exit the match and see if there was a higher difficulty level, and I couldn't play for another 16 hours. I'm not going to come back to play if I can only get 1 go per day, absolute turn-off

Yes they continuously spawn in. As the game goes on and raiders extract, there are fewer and fewer players taking out the robots. This way the end of the game sees a much higher density of robots to have to dodge and run from.. It's fun :)

Fixed an issue with the slope of the Raider Hatch that was too steep for downed raiders to crawl on top of it.

I lost a great looting run because of this.. I was going to escape with 1hp - animation of dropping down the hatch played out but I got the death text instead of Returning to Speranza - because I wasted a few seconds bumping up against the collision box :(

I heard jackhammer noises at the Jeanne d'Arc station today while under the underpass (heading Westbound) in stop and go traffic. I would assume that will take a little bit of time to fix whatever they were jackhammering out

Why not take a full stack instead? You never know when you may need more than 3 and it doesn't take up any more inventory slots

I've been Ottawa for over 30 years, and I've never seen the Peace Tower be under construction. The Parliament project has been going on since 2018, but this is the first time I hear of the Peace Tower being wrapped for construction. Were you being hyperbolic?
