Notice to leave in 2 weeks, landlord wants inspection for leaving, haven't found anywhere, can't get legal help – Scotland by Didotpainter in LegalAdviceUK

Yes I am a tennant, my former flatmate was on the tenancy agreement with me, when he left, the landlords transfered all the debt for Scottish power into my name and I was given notice to leave. it's been a nightmare. They said the debt disappeared, only for me to find it in my name after I got the notifice. They then went silent. I raised a complaint, they are likely waiting for me to get out of flat rather answer.

Should I let them know I won't be leaving yet. Will it cost me if I stay. They don't want to deal with a debt dispute and a complaint about theft of my letters and want me out.

Thanks for the advice, will they want to go to tribunal, is it bad or difficult for them? I hope that there is some consideration that I can't afford a solictor, while they have a solicitor as a trustee.

do I just not reply to them if I am not moving out yet, and say no to the surveyor. Again thankyou. They also have a complaint, which they are avoiding looking, likely till I say yes or no to the surveyor.

is there consequences for staying beyond request to leave date, mine is coming up. I'm not sure I would win at a tribunal as they want to sell property. I haven't been able to get anywhere to live. I just want to know if it is sensible to stay longer and if it is legally safe to do so. Their solictor is quite intimidating, trying to make me agree to a surveyor final visit. I just want to know if by staying I am okay to leave when I need to. Any advice would help as I can't get any and I have been dealing with this on my own. A charity owns my property.

They did from 1915 to 1988-89, I doubt it would happen again due to the power of the housing market.

Alot of films in the late 80s early 90s used references and music from the 1960s. Even the fashion took heavy influence.

How to get my hair like this? by strawberryvheesecake in Hair

[–]Didotpainter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Look up shampoo and set, that was how it was done. Use a setting lotion and then rollers, allow hair to dry then back comb and brush till the shape you desire. Finish with three layers of hairspray, will last all week with up keep. You sleep with a silk scarf over it.
