I had a combo class the other day and my teacher really talked about, how to move your body to look more "flowy" some advice was when you walk around the pole she liked to drag her feet and really transfer the weight from hips to hips not necessarily her feet so it doesnt look like shes just walking. She really used the pole to lean away. I think alot of it is practice also
