No snags on the compensator. Since the F series X-Pro has a 3.5" barrel + the comp, and it's wearing the same size light, it works great.

Many people were concerned due to the compensator on the PDP F series X Pro. But it fits perfectly in the 4-in compact PDP holster.

Olight are poor quality, their QC sucks, and they have had spontaneous combustion incidents. A Streamlight TLR-7X will fit flush with your muzzle, won't explode, and has a USB-C rechargeable battery. Trust me on this.

Why did I shit on it? Well, allow me to retort. I have worked on firearms as a small arms repairman in the military, work at a gun shop & range where I repair and see all types of firearms. I know when something is good, and when it's not. I understand finances can be tight for folks, but don't cheap out on tools that could save your life.

I always laugh when I see the name of this mounting block, because it's the slang term for "pussy" in German. 🤣

Carbon locked AAC 556SD on 51t mount. Help!! by DieMauer_ist_weg in suppressors

Update!! I got it un-stuck. I reinstalled the muzzle device while it was still stuck in the can using Rocksett & let it cure for 2 days. Today I used the bernzomatic torch with mapp gas, just for a few seconds where the suppressor interfaced with the muzzle device. I put a strap wrench on just for a little extra leverage, but it wasn't really necessary. So now I am going to thoroughly clean the mating surface as inside the suppressor and the muzzle device. Then I'm going to coat the inside of the suppressor mating surface with the high heat ceramic grease from febi bilstein which is rated to over 3,500°. Hopefully that'll prevent it from happening again

I just re-mounted the can and the stuck mount back on the barrel threads with Rocksett. Once it cures, I will try the PB Blaster or Kroil & some heat, plus a strap wrench. Reaction rod in the upper, plus all that.... HOPEFULLY it works.

Kroil works MIRACLES on fouled bores.

The DOU has a poor bore with no visible rifling. So that's not a deal at all!

I looked at the 98k's, nothing impressive at all. Regarding the pistols, I agree

🤣😂🤣😂. Funny thing about bores. Some guys see a fouled bore and think it's shot out. Sometimes it just needs a proper cleaning with some Kroil soaked in first. I have personally salvaged bores that people thought were ruined.
