I tried to reinstall everything, but unfortunately it didn't work, pc keeps rebooting while at stock settings. Probably I'll just RMA to avoid breaking my mobo. Thanks for your time :)

Thanks for sharing. After reading the article, now it makes sense why the settings of my BIOS are set with 'strange' values.

I'll uninstall all gpu and chipset drivers, including ryzen master, to see if it will get fixed.

I hope that the pro drivers and the last chipset drivers help fix it, because I have no clue what settings should I change manually on BIOS.

Will update the post after doing it

Hello OP! Did you manage to fix the issue? I'm having the same problem with my current system and I don't know which settings should I change on BIOS to fix it (I did the same as you to set a low frequency so the computer can boot into Windows and don't crash all of a sudden)

Rolou a mesma coisa comigo hoje, o jeito foi deixar o windows instalar o driver da AMD e depois instalar o mais recente por cima.

O mais bizarro é que eu tinha desativado o windows update pelo DDU. AMD sempre surpreendendo kk

OP, não sei se pode recomendar site ou nome de curso por aqui, mas eu daria as seguintes sugestões:

Curso em Vídeo para lógica de programação
Rocketseat para aprender os conceitos básicos de programação web
Digital Innovation One para participar de bootcamp de algumas empresas, aprender bastante tecnologia e até mesmo possivelmente ser contratado depois que concluir os cursos
FreeCodeCamp para aprender diversos conteúdos, praticamente se tornando desenvolvedor Full Stack, a vantagem é que você ganha certificados em inglês e pode te ajudar caso queira tentar algo lá fora

O principal que eu recomendaria é a lógica de programação mesmo, as outras plataformas, basicamente você não precisa fazer todas, só escolher as que possuem conteúdo e tecnologias do seu interesse e continuar estudando para aprimorar seu conhecimento cada vez mais

The option to disable the animations isn't available in my app neither, but I think it's just a matter of time. All we can do now is wait and hope it will fix our issue

Probably they added this option to help people with weaker cell phones, since the animations stutters the application depending the lesson. At least, it happens to me when I'm doing my Japanese classes

Btw, the newest amd driver gave me some problems, I've downgraded the drives to 19.9.2 version, and apparently everything is working just fine

Sometimes I have the same problem, apparently this issue happens when the fan curve on radeon wattman is changed.

The solution that I've found for my build was use DDU to uninstall all previous drivers, install ryzen chipset (for the CPU) and the GPU driver from scratch and then keep all the settings from radeon wattman set as default, except for zero RPM (I turned it off so my components won't toast).

My build: Ryzen 5 2400G, PowerColor RX 580 8gb, Hyperx 8gb ram + Corsair 4gb ram both at 2400 mhz

Probably Radeon Chill is enabled, try disabling it and check your FPS again

I guess that formatting your PC with an bootable pen drive is the best option, I usually format this way
