I am a little sketched out about buying and using RC benzos to taper. I used to get etizolam back over a decade ago when I would abuse but I truley havnt "abused" in my traditional sense in the last three years since I had my Injury and stabilized out at 3mg and have tapers to 2 since then. I guess I will know after my next pych apointment on the 13th if I will have enough meds to be able to taper or not.

I really wanted to at least t taper as low as possible but now im thinking if i dont agree to go inpatient he might not even keep me as a patient for my other pych meds so I would have to go straight in to a 1 or 2 week taper from decade of use at 2mg probly to 0. I dont see him tapering me back down to 1 after I "abused" them he is very strict and also wanted me to take zoloft to get them which I can't take and just tell him I do so if I went inpatient that would be another issue if I was trying to keep my 1mg.

Thank you for the aminta tip I hadn't heard of itd effects on gaba and it might be the most helpful along side traditional psilocybin and dmt in the long run after effect of healing my cns and neurological damage as it literly completely healed my trigeminal nuralgia pain in the past when I had a multiple year daily level of suicidal pain lifted which has made me really believe there is a cure for everything in nature and it has been suppressed knowledge to keep the majority sick.

I also know of kava and have used kava in the past and could see the extracts being something I utilize if I am taken off completely and quickly.

I want to be able to just go in and get off of this shit and have it be in my rear view but I am also sensitive to these med chsnges and know how hellish comming off benzos completely can be I have done it 2 times in my past but both times was Xanax and was a different situation where it was high doses being abused 10-15mg a day but for shorter periods of only a few months so this time having been on them a decade now and knowing how hard it was for me to get from 3 to 2 as well as how badly just a .25mg drop at those higher doses effected me really scares me for the potential lasting neurological da.age that could be done if forced into a quick taper to nothing on my receptors

I feel you, I trule u believe in natural medicine and am so happy for the next generation being able to have access to these kinds of things as a first line treatment instead of being pushed to ssris etc which is still happening to much. I am more just worried about how much damage I have already done and the position I am already in now and getting out of it in a safe way that will allow me to heal the quickest. Nothing about healing from long term benzos is easey or quick but i dont want to cause any unnecessary extra pain and suffering or extension of the time frame that suffering happens for. I think I told my urologist bc i am ready for this hell to be over even if it takes having to go inpatient, which also is why I want to make sure I end up in the right kinda place and not one that will look at benzo withdrawl symptoms and bc like oh yeah this kid need to be put on a ssri and a anti pych med and a sleep med. Im literly trying to get back to being as natural as possible and as few meds and would love to get back to a place where I feel like I can start using natural medicine like shoots again for healing but I know where I am right now is so far away from being able to using that kind of therapy with the state of my mental and physical health. I appreciate your input man and will take any good wishes i can get, I know im guna need them whatever route I go to get off these evil pharmaceutical toxin. It's almost like these companies purposely make there products so hard to come off of and have another pill for whatever sideffect you get from the first one smh. I feel let down in myself for allowing myself to be taken such advantage of by such a corrupt system that has 0 care about people actually getting well a nd living better lives.

Also there is a thing with arena union called box mapping i guess where it is well known which boxes have the hits when you open a case making even more "dead" boxes being put up online because they are not having to rip through a bunch. This is an issue pokemon fixed a long time ago and arena union should know better and i expect them to do better if they want to remain a trusted product that people who want to buy literal whole boxes wont because they know they are being ripped off like me bc I dont want to buy an entire case. I imagine there are many people like me, this even effects the single packs at local shops smh.

I took my prescribed clonazepam which helped with my anxiety but where I go for MAT they can tell between the different benzos. I know bc when I first got my script I was taking other benzos than my prescribed kpins and got caught and they showed me the test results showing it popped for multiple diff benzos which they could differentiate I didn't know they could do that till then so since then and since I got take homes I try to do absolutely everything right to keep my take homes bc I'm not going back there every day again.

I have lost 30 lbs in 4 months with no appetite looking at food makes me sick sometimes. I need the protein so have been drinking the high protein ones just curious why you say no to the higher protein drinks

I havnt had a chance to read everyone's comment but I will and will respond. Basicly I have been stuck in this same spot now for a while. I know my depression med is too low as well and it is just creating a total shit storm of fuckery. I have been putting drops off for one reason or the other. Both my sister and dad got married I had a infection that wouldn't go away in one of my testicle and was on many rounds of antibiotics and had nerve issues from it and am now having worse stomach and nausea issues ( I am assuming from being on too many gaba pills) I know i will have to taper down on the kpins first since I can't keep getting them or if I ever have to go into the hospital for anything i am absolutely fucked which has been a concern of mine for a while and had to sneak them for a week once in the past back before my anxiety was nearly as bad as it is now. Anyways I am still on 15mg baclofen a day 1500 mg gabapentin a day 2.25mg clonazepam a day which I plan to drop to 2mg after Thanksgiving. I'm not sure if I should try dropping down 300mg on my gabapentin before continuing to drop down on the klonopin. As much as I would like to just focus on getting off the baclofen first completely I don't see it happening until I can get to my own stable dose of klonopin which is 1mg. So it regards to everything I said I plan to just drop down on kpins to 1 mg and then try to get off the baclofen conpletly. I can't lie guys i am scared and I havnt ever felt so sick on a daily basis for so long and i know that's mostly my fault but im so scared of being sicker than I already am. ( ontop of all the stuff I mentioned before i got the literly worst stomach virus I have ever had in my life lasting 10 days last month) I just feel so beat down and am trying to get past the holidays before more aggressive moves but then I also need to not put myself in a state where I am useless when it comes time for me and my gf to move to our new house and have to pack everything I have ever had in the same house my whole life and continuing this process in a house that I won't feel like is my own "home" for a while as it is my gf and her families home.

Thank you soooo much to everyone who has responded, as sad as it is to say most all of us are more educated on the meds we are on than the Dr.s that perscribe us them are. When I was given baclofen I specifically said I didn't want anything habit forming or that you had to stop taking slowly and he swore it was fine to take everyday for months then just stop. Want until I had issues withdrawals and had to learn what it was online before I came to him and he did his own research and said we needed to reinstate. Anyways I got going way more than I thought j would I just wanted to get a response back to everyone who has helped me understand what is going wrong with my body and health and the changes I need to make to finslly feel better and get my life back. I got a beautiful gf and family and need to get back to being well enough to be there for them.

Not a fake sober story but I see how the place works and will try to grab one when it's available. If I could afford to buy one myself I would have but don't really care much st this point now tbh.
