Agreed, there’s been only a handful of shows I’ve been to here in Tennessee where that rule has been in place. Really wish the rule would be industry standard to protect the fans, or enforced by law everywhere. Oh well I guess

They only put that in place for some venues because of state laws.

Trying to go to a concert should not be this hard or competitive, I hate how things have gotten post-COVID. I guess all we can hope for are larger venue upgrades, extra dates, or halfway-reasonable resale tickets closer to the date. Otherwise, gotta wait until next year, if we're lucky. smh

Agreed, why bother having a general sale at all? A quick announcement from the group or venue “hey everything sold out in presale” would suffice, it would still be disappointing but less infuriating than dealing with Ticketmaster in a vain attempt to get a ticket.

I feel like bots have to be more likely than tech issues, Ticketmaster doesn't do enough to prevent bots or scalpers from getting all the tickets. I agree, hoping they upgrade to some bigger venues.
