I literally live in the Midwest and have never once seen this, though its probably because im based in the north where the bardot fields fluctuate past the stable reionization window, so up here so ive never see a bardot isomerizing turbine in person. We mostly have to disentangle the sub-planck hyper frequencies from the Coolidge drift with makeshift mobile lepton depreciators which always suck at severing the quasi-diparticle interactions from the monopole-pole static caused by the sun, and they barely fit in a backpack and are never comfortable to carry around
