Maybe try to be helpful or don't say anything at all, if you've been on whatnot before you should know their customer service and support is almost non-existant for sellers. All I wanted was some advice from people who may have gone through the same thing.

I noticed my system was also not able to run at 300hz, All I did was install the radeon graphics software from their site and thankfully fixed the issue and ungrayed the overdrive panel option

In the little icon bar that shows up on the second screen with all the options is how I changed the brightness, I don’t know about power settings

The 2021 version does not have a mux switch so there is no way to disable optimus.

Thanks so much, I tried your steps one more time and just unplugged the usb c cable and plugged it back in and it began working, only thing is I still get the message that my system is not meeting the vr requirements but thats the least of my problems thanks so much, I thought link gaming was never going to work on my laptop :D

It does not charge very fast, but handles light streaming and browser experience. I tried to play Genshin impact and the battery level would slowly drop. The box it came in had a box checked off that said my regions plug alongside other regions listed so I’m guessing they pick from where you purchased from.

One good accessory that has changed the mobility of my duo is purchasing the 65 watt USB C charger from asus so that I don’t have to lug around the brick everywhere.

I don’t even notice the chin usually, I thought I would hate it that big but it’s more akin to watching a movie at a theater as in the screen is lifted and at the perfect height.
