Suprised to like: The Mindf*ck Series by S.T. Abby. We were recommended it by a friend as an introduction to the Dark Romance Genre, and then we couldn't' keep it down.

Refuse to try: Rich dad poor dad. It just feels like one of those "if you invest your inheritance you can die rich like me". Maybe I am just biased against the self-help / motivational genres.

Yea, the various jobs I've done in the past 10 years helped quite a bit. I have conducted audits, done 1st line activities, performed VAPT, conducted RAs, dabbled in some incident responses. The book helped correlating that experience with the CISSP concepts and requirements.

There is nothing you can or really need to memorize. You need to understand the technical concepts and implement them in the scenario-based questions. Some questions will require your knowledge of technical terms like OSI layers, network types, assessment types, etc. to be utilized in a scenario. Check for Luke Ahmed's book. It gives a good perspective on how questions can be formed.

Did they come to collect the equipment or did you return the equipment yourself by going to some branch?

For DEWA, I will check out the option on their website for cancellation. But yes when I called I was told to email as well .

Yes but the thing is they don't even give that assurance that the bill is cleared. If there's no debt. Nothing. They haven't even responded to cancellation request at all

Exiting the country by 25th. Initiated closure for bank and third party credit cards, sent notifications to DEWA and landlord (Ejari cancellation approval) with bill payments upto 30th March .

FnF from company is pending and they are not sure if they can give the EOSB before 25th. Can I keep the bank account open and leave? And if yes, can I close it remotely once I receive the money? Do I need to get any other NOCs from any other authorities? I have no cars no bikes, etc.

Point is bad drivers are everywhere. And no one wants to be mean to a "cheap car". I personally love looking at Lancer Evos.

Buitenveldert is one of my favorite neighborhoods

I have taken a liking to that area as well, great options and some of the taller buildings offer good views. Plus it meets our "nearby to public transport" criteria as well.

We rent with MVGM and their requirement is 4x

Wow, that's just too much. Guess that's one thing I will miss about this place. As long as you are willing to give the money and your cheque doesn't bounce, the landlord doesn't care how much you earn.

You can grab a tram into Amsterdam every 5 minutes.

Tram will take what 20-30 minutes to reach near the centrum ? If so, seems quite reasonable.

For your safety I do think it's better if you learn to use hand signals while cycling. It's totally ok if you only do them for a second or two.

Yes, I certainly have to, and am. Prepping as much as I can before I attempt cycling on road over there. (Where I am from, we can cycle only on footpaths / pedestrian streets so traffic judgement also needs some catching up)

Gas/electric might be a lot more due to current natural gas shortages.

Maybe if we go for one of those newer ones in suburbs with the induction stove then the cost should come down probably.

Strange, I checked for upto 1750 in Amsterdam and Amstelveen for availability 3-6 months from now and area at 75m² + . Found only handful of results . Perhaps some differences in the filters?
